The reliability and durability of our products is essential to you, your family and to us. That is why each of our products is put through a rigorous inspection process prior to being sold. Each of our products comes with a one year warranty). Please take the time to fill out the warranty registration e-form, so that we have your product registered on file.

In the event a warranty claim needs to be filed, the product must be shipped back to us for inspection. If there is an issue with the product that was not related to misuse, unauthorized modification, abuse, or any other user caused defect, we will either replace the defective part or the entire unit to ensure it meets our quality standard.

FOR YOUR CHILD’S CONTINUED SAFETY

Although child restraint systems undergo testing and evaluation, it is possible that a child restraint could be recalled.

In case of a recall, we can reach you only if we have your name and address, so please fill out the registration form to be on our recall list.

In order to properly register your child restraint system, you will need to provide the model number, serial number and date of manufacture. This information is printed on the registration card can be found on a white label located on the back of the child restraint system.

This registration is only applicable to child restraint systems purchased in the United States.











Return Policy

We will provide a full refund for all unused products returned within 30 days from the date purchase, with an approved Return Authorization, which can be secured by contacting our Customer Service Team at 800.454.6612 Monday-Friday, between the hours of 6am-5pm PST.

The product cannot have been used, modified, tampered with or abused in any way. The product also must arrive to Inspired by Drive in the original packaging without damage.

In the event that the damage occurs during the shipping back to us, the issue will need to be resolved between you and the shipping company.  We strongly recommend that you package the product properly, secure a tracking number and add insurance to protect against this possibility.
